Generative AI Sparks "Food Safety Crisis": How C2PA Used by OpenAI, Adobe Helps Distinguish Authenticity in Media? ft. Numbers Protocol Founder Tammy

EP.240

GM,

Have you noticed the increasing prevalence of generative content on the internet? Some we can still intuitively discern, but the difficulty of visually identifying them will only increase in the future. We'll need other mechanisms to help us, otherwise, how can we keep up with the pace?

Recently, Blocktrend discussed the C2PA, a content provenance standard used by both OpenAI and Adobe. Many may not know that Taiwan's Web3 startup, Numbers Protocol, is one of the core members of C2PA, alongside many well-known giants. I believe Blocktrend's seasoned readers are familiar with Numbers.

I'm delighted to invite Tammy once again to discuss the challenges generative content poses to society. She describes it as a "digital food safety crisis," and C2PA acts like a traceability label for information, helping people filter out suspicious content.
