GM,

Today is the Mid-Autumn Festival. Two years ago, Blocktrend designed a Metaverse Pomelo Hat NFT as a gift for everyone. Back then, I mentioned that after growing up, I rarely wore a pomelo hat in the physical world. But with that Pomelo Hat NFT, anyone can relive the fun of wearing a pomelo hat in the digital world of Decentraland. The best part is, you can take it out and wear it every Mid-Autumn Festival without worrying about it getting dirty!

I didn't expect that after two years, the buzz around the Metaverse and NFTs would cool off so quickly. But I believe that fun things are worth sticking to, just like how I've been hosting physical workshops since 2018 to help people create wallets and airdrop cryptocurrency. Now in 2024, I’m still doing the same thing. It might seem a bit silly, but after giving out crypto for six years, I’ve had the chance to witness wallet evolution firsthand and experience the convenience of significantly lower on-chain transaction fees.

I’m not sure when the Metaverse and NFTs will return to the spotlight, but I plan to make "giving out Pomelo Hat NFTs" an annual tradition for Blocktrend every Mid-Autumn Festival. There are still 300 of the 2022 Pomelo Hats I issued two years ago sitting in my wallet. Feel free to submit your wallet address, and I’ll make sure to send one to your wallet before the end of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Once you receive it, just log in to Decentraland with your wallet, and you’ll find the Pomelo Hat NFT in your backpack, ready to celebrate the festival with others!

GM, Today’s article has a long title because the story is just too fascinating. Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice announced the results of “Operation Raptor,” the largest dark web takedown in history. Among the arrests, Taiwanese suspect Lin Rui-Xiang, who operated the “Incognito Market,” was considered
